Plastic Tree international FC

This petition aims at creating an international Plastic Tree fanclub.

Indeed, there are a lot of Plastic Tree's fans living outside of Japan who unfortunatly can't join the band fanclub.
We do think that us, non-japanese fans, also deserve the opportunity of joining Jellyfish Fanclub.

We beg you to consider this petition and, if possible, grant our wishes.
